Traditionally Printed Jerseys

We use stock jersey patterns from suppliers like Athletic Knit, 
screen-printed with your custom design.

Pricing Factors:

  • Jersey style (e.g., H550B costs more than H6000)
  • Decoration (front crest, back numbers, sleeves, shoulders, captain's letters = extra charges)
  • Customization (recoloring, changing collars, adding ties = higher cost + longer lead time)

Pros:

  • Fast turnaround (10 business days or faster if in stock)
  • Easy to reorder individual jerseys

Cons:

  • Price varies based on style and customization
  • Limited to current stock patterns
  • Availability can cause delays

Sublimated Jerseys

These are fully custom-designed jerseys, digitally printed, then cut and sewn.

Pricing:

  • Flat-rate pricing based on size (Youth vs. Adult)
  • Additional charges for extended sizes, special cuts (e.g., goalie jerseys, long inseam shorts), or expedited turnaround.
  • Reversible jerseys are priced differently.

Pros:

  • Flat-rate pricing regardless of design complexity
  • Full creative freedom: colors, patterns, logos, names, numbers
  • Matching socks and shells
  • Always in stock (made to order)
  • We only work with reputable sublimation vendors—no low-quality knockoffs

Cons:

  • Longer standard turnaround (at least 15–20 business days)
  • Some prefer the look/feel of traditional jerseys
